Retail Security & Customer Service Specialist

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail security officer to deliver excellent customer service while creating a safe shopping environment in-store. You will deter crime, patrol the store, and liaise with management and local partners to reduce incidents.

Applicants with an SIA licence or certificates are preferred; training can be provided in some cases. Various shifts and contracted hours are available, with a focus on safety and customer care.
