Compensation & Career Path
You’ll join the business on a starting salary of £30,000, receive full training, work from warm leads and spend your first 6‑12 months learning the products, the market and what good sales really look s like. Once you’re up to speed and consistently performing, you’ll progress into a 360 Business Development role where your earning potential increases significantly with a salary uplift and higher bonus.
Responsibilities
- be doingSpeaking to warm inbound and existing prospects. Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the senior sales team. Building relationships with prospective clients. Learning the products inside out through a structured training programme. Working towards appointment targets (you’re measured on meetings booked, not deals closed).
