Job Description:

Centurion Partners Group is hiring Sales Consultants in London at all experience levels, from ambitious people starting in sales to experienced B2B professionals seeking greater autonomy and earning potential.

We work with DOJO, one of the UK’s fastest-growing payment technology brands. You will have access to structured training, a scored lead system, strong partner support, and a clear path from Consultant to Partner.

Progression is based on performance, results, and capability — not tenure.

The role

You will:

  • Meet business owners to understand needs and present DOJO payment solutions.
  • Generate opportunities through cold and warm outbound calls.
  • Work with pre-scored partner and inbound leads.
  • Close deals and manage onboarding documentation.
  • Build relationships through networking and industry events.
  • Maintain your CRM pipeline consistently.

We welcome applicants at all experience levels

Entry level: Motivated, disciplined, coachable individuals looking to build a commercial career.

1–3 years’ sales experience: Sales professionals seeking stronger development, a valuable B2B product, and higher earning potential.

5+ years’ B2B sales experience: Independent, commercially driven professionals looking for autonomy, leadership opportunities, and a path to building a team.

Across all levels, we value accountability, reliability, and a results-driven mindset.

What we provide

  • 120+ sales and professional development courses.
  • Dedicated mentoring from day one.
  • Pre-scored leads and partner opportunities.
  • Clear progression criteria.
  • Leadership opportunities for experienced candidates.

Your progression depends on consistent results. Every Partner started as a Consultant.

Pay and working arrangement

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

Typical earnings range from £50,000 to £100,000 per year based on completed deals. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your activity, pipeline, performance, and time in the role.

As a self-employed contractor, you are responsible for your own HMRC registration, tax, National Insurance contributions, and business expenses. National Minimum Wage legislation does not apply to genuinely self-employed roles.

Please ensure this arrangement suits your circumstances before applying.
