Navy & Marine Sales Executive – HVAC & Security

Johnson Controls, a global leader in marine HVAC, fire safety, security and integrated control solutions, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the Navy segment from our UK office. You will develop strategic plans, build key relationships with shipyards, vessel owners and operators, and advocate for our portfolio across Europe and beyond.

The role requires international travel, strong B2B and direct sales experience, and a technical understanding of naval procurement cycles.
