Flexible Call Centre Agent – Clinical Trials Support

Fortrea’s Clinical Research Unit in Leeds seeks a flexible, phone-focused team member to support participant recruitment for clinical trials. This 0-hours bank position offers weekday hours with some evenings and Saturdays as needed, based on clinic demand.

You will build and maintain a study participant database, screen volunteers, assess suitability, explain studies, and coordinate appointments, contributing to safe, meaningful research while maintaining a flexible schedule.
