Overview
Personal Injury Lawyer – Exeter. Full-Time or Part-Time. Our client, a well-established multi-office law firm with a strong presence across Devon and Somerset, is recruiting a Personal Injury Lawyer to join its Litigation Department. You will join a friendly and experienced Personal Injury team and will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters. The role offers the opportunity to manage your own files while also supporting on more complex and high-value claims. Clinical negligence experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters and manage your own files, where appropriate.
- Support on more complex and high-value claims.
- Collaborate with the Personal Injury team to deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally 1-5 years” experience handling personal injury matters.
- Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, CILEX Lawyers, experienced paralegals and other non-qualified fee earners.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision.
- More experienced candidates with a proven business development track record and/or client following are encouraged to apply.
Additional Details
The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 24 hours per week over 4 days). The successful candidate will be based primarily from the Exeter office.
