Pets at Home is seeking a Store Colleague to be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, helping customers find products and services, and ensuring smooth store operations.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers, demonstrate flexibility with shifts (including evenings, weekends, bank holidays), and contribute to a positive shopping experience across the team. Previous customer service experience is valued.
