The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, with significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, investments, private equity matters and other strategic corporate transactions. Many of the firm’s mandates have an international dimension, providing exposure to sophisticated cross-border work and high-calibre clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Contribute to business development, networking and marketing initiatives.

  • Experience gained within a national, international or well-regarded regional law firm.
  • Strong technical expertise across corporate transactions, particularly M&A.
  • The ability to take ownership of transactions and manage matters independently, with appropriate senior oversight.
  • Experience of private equity transactions, whilst advantageous, is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service.
  • A genuine interest in business development and networking activities.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues.
  • The ambition to develop your career within a successful and growing corporate practice.

  • High-quality, complex corporate work.
  • Exposure to a broad and diverse client base.
  • Strong partner support and mentorship.
  • Excellent opportunities for career progression.
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
