Internal Sales Executive (French and Spanish Speaking)

Birmingham (hybrid)

Circa £30-£32k depending on experience, plus £10k bonus

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently communicate with international clients. Your language skills will play a key role in supporting our clients European customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, nurture and grow relationships with existing customers

Handle inbound enquiries and order queries

Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth end to end service

Respond to customer emails and provide timely updates

Maintain CRM records and support account management activity

Communicate confidently in French or Spanish with international clients

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in French and Spanish

Strong customer service or account management background

Confident communicator with a professional, customer first approach

Solid IT and systems skills; comfortable using CRM and order processing tools

Experience in order processing, admin, and email communication

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

A proactive, driven individual who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results
