We are currently growing our local talent pool in Elham, Kent, and are looking for dedicated, hands-on Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to make a real difference in the classroom.

What you need

  • Proven experience supporting diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, dyslexia, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties). All applicants must have prior SEN experience.
  • Strong experience assisting with the delivery of targeted interventions, group work, or one-to-one support (primarily focusing on foundational English/Phonics and Mathematics).
  • A good understanding of primary school routines, the National Curriculum, and how to effectively implement tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • A valid right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one). You must be able to commute to Elham and travel to our Kent operating area for your initial interview.
  • Key Skills: A nurturing, patient approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with young learners, teachers, and school staff.

Note on In-Person Interviews: To ensure the highest quality of safeguarding and connection, all first interviews are conducted in person. You must be able to travel to one of our core operating areas (such as Kent) for this stage.
