A leading international insights organisation specialising in complex, multi‑market qualitative fieldwork is seeking a Senior Qualitative Project Manager to join its growing delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced qual environments, enjoys hands‑on project delivery, and brings calm structure to multi‑market fieldwork.
The Role
You’ll manage the end‑to‑end delivery of qualitative research projects across multiple countries, time zones and audience types. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to exact specifications.
- Deliver multi‑market qual projects from feasibility through final wrap‑up
- Manage screeners and quotas, recruitment plans and respondent quality
- Coordinate suppliers, moderators, facilities and international fieldwork partners
- Troubleshoot live qual fieldwork and resolve issues calmly and quickly
- Maintain tight control over timelines, budgets and operational workflows
- Build strong client relationships and act as day‑to‑day project lead
- Support continuous improvement across processes, documentation and delivery standards
What You Must Bring
- Hands‑on qualitative fieldwork experience
- Proven B2B qualitative market research experience (professionals, decision‑makers, niche audiences)
- International qual delivery experience across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of respondent recruitment, supplier management and fieldwork logistics
- Calm, organised, delivery‑focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
