An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global leader in energy logistics. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Supply Analyst to join their Aviation Fuel Logistics team in London.

This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, reporting directly to the Manager. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Given the close collaboration with suppliers in Italy, fluency in Italian is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Scheduling: Manage fuel inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee pipeline and truck dispatch operations, optimising routes and product blends.
• Transaction Processing: Verify and process bulk fuel transactions accurately.
• Market Analysis: Support decision-making through analysis of supply, demand, and pricing trends.
• Haulage Coordination: Manage weekly nominations and resolve delivery or operational issues.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and evaluate haulage contract performance and compliance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in supply chain or fuel logistics (hedging knowledge is advantageous).
