The Equity Private Placements team in Houlihan Lokey is looking to add an experienced Associate to the team in London. The EPP team advises some of the most ambitious private companies on the origination and structuring of private equity capital, including primary & secondary fundraisings, hybrid and structured equity. We operate across multiple geographies including EMEA & the USA, in a range of industries supporting both high-growth disruptors and established market leaders. As an Associate, you will work directly with senior bankers and clients on landmark transactions across EMEA & the USA, and be a trusted member of the team. Support the team in the execution of transactions, raising capital across various equity and equity-linked financing types, applicable across diverse situations including growth capital, direct minority secondary share sale, acquisition financing and recapitalizations for high-growth companies.Supervise and support a team of Analysts who are undertaking various workstreams within multiple deal teams. You are expected to review and contribute to output, including market research, assist in preparing client-ready presentations, financial models and transaction materials, coordinating communications with clients and investors, and taking on meaningful responsibilities during live deals.Basic Qualifications / Requirements
