n Your new rolen As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a key role within a busy and high-performing property team, supporting a wide range of estate management and transactional work. You will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced legal professionals on complex real estate matters.n Key responsibilities will include:
n Managing a varied caseload of real estate transactions including licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, and deeds of easementn Drafting legal documentation such as contracts for sale, transfers, and client correspondencen Reviewing and handling lease documentation, identifying defects, and preparing modern lease formats based on standard precedentsn Supporting conveyancing processes from instruction through to completionn Assisting with onboarding and compliance, including file opening procedures, drafting retainer letters, and ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering regulations

n What you'll need to succeedn To be considered for this Real Estate Paralegal role, you will bring:
n Previous legal experience, ideally gained within a commercial real estate or property law environmentn A strong academic background, including a Law degree (2:1 or equivalent) or relevant qualificationn Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload effectivelyn A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the confidence to use your own initiativen Strong written and verbal communication skills
