Risk & Compliance Officer n London n HybridnnWe're working with a brilliant leading international law firm who are looking to add a Risk & Compliance Officer into their growing compliance function in London.nnnThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across AML, client due diligence, matter inception and regulatory compliance to join a highly regarded global team and play a key role in supporting lawyers and business services teams across multiple jurisdictions.nnThe role?nnn Supporting client and matter onboarding processesnn Conducting AML checks, reviewing KYC documentation and sanctions screeningnn Advising on risk assessments and ongoing monitoring requirementsnn Maintaining accurate matter information and compliance recordsnn Supporting information barriers and confidentiality processesnn Assisting with compliance reporting, audits and internal projectsnn Working closely with Risk Lawyers, Conflicts and wider business teamsnnAbout you?nn✅ 2+ years' experience within a compliance function in a regulated environment (ideally within a law firm)nn✅ Strong AML / KYC experiencenn✅ Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworksnn✅ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesnn✅ Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholdersnnnA legal background (Law Degree/GDL or legal experience) would be advantageous, but the key focus is finding someone with strong risk and compliance experience who can add value from day one.nnWhat's in it for you?nnn
