n Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Worcestershire, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful Property Department.
n This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner looking to join a supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients across the region.

The Rolen The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative support.
n Matters will include:n • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesn • Re-mortgagesn • Transfers of equityn • New build transactionsn • Shared ownership mattersn • Buy-to-let purchases and investmentsn • Registered and unregistered land transactionsn • General residential property advice
n The role offers a high degree of autonomy while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Candidate Requirementsn Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancers with a proven track record in residential property.
n The ideal candidate will have:n • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyn • Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactionsn • Excellent client care and communication skillsn • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsn • A proactive and organised approach to workload managementn • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality servicen • Experience using case management systems
