Paralegal – Private Client / Court of Protection | London | up to £38,000

The Opportunity:

A modern, forward-thinking Legal 500 firm, recognised as a Top 200 UK law firm, requires a Paralegal to join their respected Private Client team.  Over the past 10 years, they’ve grown significantly to a turnover of £11 million and over 65 fee earners — with plans for a further 30% growth over the next five years.

The Role:

n

You’ll be part of a specialist, collaborative team, working on complex and meaningful cases involving clients who may be vulnerable or lack capacity.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
• Assist with applications to the Court of Protection

n

• Support the management of client affairs

n

• Draft legal documents, including Statutory Wills and Trusts

n

• Communicate with clients, families, and professionals

n

• Maintain accurate files and provide support to fee earners

n

n

About You:

• Experience in Private Client or Court of Protection work

n

• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication

n

• A calm, professional approach when handling sensitive issues

n

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines

• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn

Salary and Benefits:
