Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

• Salary to £35,000

• 12-month fixed-term contract

• Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (12 Month FTC) Key Responsibilities:

n

• Case administration and document management

n

• Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts

n

• Preparing completion statements and handling completions

n

• Preparing Land Registry forms

n

• Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing

n

• Typing of own correspondence and bills

n

n

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (12 Month FTC) Skills & Requirements:

n

n
• Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate

n

• Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
