Private Client Solicitor

Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and long established East London firm who are looking for a private client solicitor to join them on a full time basis

The successful candidate will carry out the following duties:

n

• Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate administration

n

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

n

• Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes

n

• Managing a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care

n

• Liaising with third parties such as financial institutions, tax authorities, and other solicitors as necessary 

n

• Keeping abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client work and implement best practices within the firm

n

• Providing guidance on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning

n

n

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests

n

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear client interactions and documentation

n

• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously

n

• A proactive approach to problem solving, with the capability to think critically under pressure 

n

• Empathy and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

n

• A solid understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in private client law
