An opportunity to join a highly regarded national construction team recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. This role will offer you as a junior qualified solicitor exposure to complex, high-profile matters, including multi-million-pound adjudications, cladding disputes and major infrastructure and healthcare projects.
What does the department do:n Advise on a broad range of contentious construction matters:

- n
- Adjudications
- Defects claims
- PFI/PPP disputes
- Final account claims
- High-value infrastructure disputes

n
Across public and private sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities, contractors, developers and housing providers.
What experience is needed:
n
- n
- Qualified Solicitor circa 1 years’ PQE upwards
- Experience of construction disputes and advisory matters
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and client communication abilities
- Ambitious
- Flexible and part-time working arrangements and this firm have an adaptable approach to hybrid working.
