This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial contracts and a wide range of legal matters, all within a supportive and collaborative environment. nnn About the Rolennn As a key member of the in-house legal team, you will:n

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.

• Provide practical, clear legal advice to internal stakeholders on a range of other legal matters.

• Balance legal risk with business objectives, taking a client-focused approach.

• Collaborate across teams confidently in a fast-moving, pragmatic environment.

About Younnn The ideal candidate will:n

• Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–6 years’ PQE in commercial law.

n

• Have experience at a leading law firm or a busy in-house legal department.

n

• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

n

• Demonstrate a commercial mindset and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
