A long standing and well-established Legal 500 multi service firm are looking to add a Corporate Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its growing Corporate team in Basingstoke.
n
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving boutique practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. You'll work alongside experienced partners and solicitors on a broad range of complex, high-value corporate transactions while enjoying genuine opportunities for progression as the team continues to expand.

You will advise a broad spectrum of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and investors, on a variety of corporate matters, including:

Mergers and acquisitions
- n
Company sales and acquisitions
- n
Management buyouts and buy-ins
- n
Shareholder agreements and corporate restructures
- n
Joint ventures
- n
General company law and governance matters
n

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters while also supporting senior lawyers on sophisticated, high-value transactions.

Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in Corporate law

Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a range of corporate transactions
