Head of New Office / Senior Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer

n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer to play a pivotal role in the brand new Manchester office of a well-established national law firm.
This role is ideal for either:

- An experienced Senior Conveyancer looking to step into a leadership position, or
- An ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (2+ PQE) seeking a genuine “step-up” opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Play a key role in developing and growing the Manchester conveyancing offering
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the wider property team
- Deliver a high-quality, client-focused service with regular communication

Requirements:
n
- n
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred, not essential)
