THE ROLE

A Corporate Lawyer with c 3 PQE to join a dynamic and highly regarded corporate team based in the City

As a member of an established global team you will be working on complex, high-profile deals alongside leading professionals in the field

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in high-value private M&A transactions.

n

Exposure to, or a genuine interest in, public M&A would be welcomed but is not essential.

n

You will work on market-leading deals, partnering closely with colleagues across jurisdictions and advising some of the world's most commercially sophisticated clients.
