You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team handling a broad range of conveyancing work, including:

- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- New Build transactions
- Help to Buy & Shared Ownership schemes
- Islamic Finance
- Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement
- Equity Release
- Landed Estates

You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships and take ownership of files, with plenty of support from senior lawyers and the wider property team.

About You:

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1 years PQE + in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical skills and a confident, proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service
- A collaborative mindset and ambition to grow within a high-performing team
