Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time or part time role responsible for driving growth for our AI for Employees training programme. AI for Employees offers £2250 per employee of Government grant funding to get properly trained in AI.
The role is based on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities from employess and businesses to train their teams/employees (at no cost to them)
We have a budget of £1M to spend in 2026/27 which equates to a target of 450 employees enrolling on our free AI training offer.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within education, training, or professional services.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage employers and decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort working with Hubspot CRM and using data to track performance and inform strategy.
- Understanding of the digital, creative, and tech landscape and how AI is agame changer for how employees work.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
