About The Role
Organised, proactive Project Coordinator to support EPOS system implementations across hospitality sites – pubs, restaurants, hotels and leisure venues. You’re the central hub between customers, engineers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring projects run on track, stakeholders are informed and sites are ready to trade.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate end‑to‑end EPOS installations across multiple hospitality sites.
- Schedule engineers, implementers and third‑party suppliers.
- Manage BAU IMACs and larger rollout programmes.
- Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for EPOS project activity.
- Liaise with site managers to confirm access, trading windows and readiness.
- Provide clear, timely updates on schedules, risks and changes.
Documentation & Control
- Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers and asset records.
- Update HALO / CRM and Work Request Trackers accurately.
- Produce project updates and status reports when required.
- Support RAMS creation, sign‑offs and quality checks.
Quality, Cost & Compliance
- Ensure installs meet agreed quality, security and H&S standards.
- Manage accommodation bookings, travel, POs within budget.
- Review delivery methodology to drive cost and process efficiencies.
- Support audits, invoicing sign‑offs and retail control compliance.
Team & Delivery Support
- Coordinate implementer activity and sign‑offs.
- Support training needs that impact project delivery.
Represent Projects in weekly internal and customer meetings.
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Support / Operations role.
- Strong scheduling, organisation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and live projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
Desirable
- Experience with EPOS, IT deployments or hospitality environments.
- Familiarity with IMACs, rollout programmes or field engineering teams.
- Experience using CRM, ticketing and scheduling systems.
