Overview

Safety+ Facilities Manager – Residential. Salary: GBP45,000–GBP48,000. Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 09:00–17:30. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to support a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties across London (Kensington and Paddington areas). This is a mobile, site-focused role responsible for delivering high-quality hard and soft facilities management, ensuring statutory health and safety compliance, and maintaining excellent standards of presentation, service and occupier satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with Management Surveyors, Property Managers, service partners and occupiers to ensure properties are safe, compliant, well maintained and professionally managed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits and manage planned and preventative maintenance for assigned properties.
  • Perform monthly audits and oversee service partner performance.
  • Provide service charge budget support and monitor expenditure across multiple sites.
  • Drive environmental and ESG initiatives in line with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with Management Surveyors, Property Managers, service partners and occupiers to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • IOSH qualification (required).
  • NEBOSH qualification desirable.
  • Experience managing service charge budgets and expenditure across several sites is highly beneficial.
