Commercial Property Solicitor
Venn Group is working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bristol to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to join a busy and supportive department with a strong local and regional client base. The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and offers genuine long-term career progression.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for a broad range of clients including SMEs, developers and lenders.
Caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Development work, including site acquisitions and option agreements
To be considered for this position, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be commercially aware and proactive in developing client relationships
