Change Management Lead (French Speaking)

UK based | Remote

£500-550 per day

Contract | Mid-July 2026 – End January 2027

We’re supporting our client in the search for an experienced Change Management Lead to join a major business transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Change Management professional to lead the people side of change, driving stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, training and user adoption throughout the programme lifecycle

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience leading Change Management within large transformation programmes
  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM, Digital Transformation or Business Transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills
  • Experience delivering change strategies, communications, training and business readiness activities
  • Proven experience working across multi-country environments

Prosci, CCMP or similar Change Management certification is highly desirable

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent French and English (professional business level)
  • Able to facilitate workshops, lead meetings and produce communications in French
  • Available from mid-July 2026
  • Happy to work remotely on a France-based engagement
