Job Description:

Job Purpose:

Provide professional HR advisory support across Nexos Group’s corporate and operational functions. Deliver effective employee relations, case management, and day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and high‑quality support to managers and employees. Act as a trusted focal point for HR queries and contribute to the successful delivery of group‑wide people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, credible relationships across the Nexos Group and maintain a proactive and visible HR presence.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR queries across entities, anticipating issues and resolving them early to support a positive working environment.
  • Lead and support case management across multiple business units, ensuring fair process, strong communication, and retention of key talent.
  • Provide clear, practical advice to managers on HR policy, process, and legal compliance, ensuring consistent application across the group.
  • Coordinate and issue employment documentation, liaising with People Admin and the commercial contracts teams where required
  • Partner with People Admin team to maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payroll notifications across all entities.
  • Maintain and audit people data in support of the production of group‑wide HR metrics and insights to support decision‑making.
  • Manage the full life cycle process for employees across the group, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
  • Support delivery of corporate HR projects and group‑wide initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment across entities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience; CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Proven HR experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment ideally supporting multi site based teams based in customer facilities, workshop and offices.
  • Strong collaboration, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
