Project Architect (Outside IR35) – London – Award winning studio – Hybrid
An award winning studio is actively looking for an experienced Project Architect to join them either on a contract or permanent basis. The practice offers a hybrid working model and are busy on various schemes including residential (cladding), commercial, heritage and medical facilities.
This particular vacancy is to work on a large scale commercial fit out team that has landed, it is starting at stage 3 and they require a Senior member of staff to take the project to completion.
Responsibilities
- Leading a small team and conduct client meetings
- Completing architectural delivery in Revit
- Client liaison when required
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Job running or leading experience in practice
- Experience working on commercial fit out projects is highly advantageous
