Salary: Up to £24,480 based on skills and experience

ceThe purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the Support Relationship Coordinators, Financial Consultants, Field Support team and Inbound Callers taking ownership of the tasks and following through to completio

- e:Ensure timely and accurate completion of all key administration tasks, working alongside other members of the SRC departme
- ntTo handle all queries from FCs, via email and a dedicated telephone line, together with queries referred on by members of S
- RCTo liaise with third party product providers to obtain up to date information in relation to policies owned by clients of the Gro
- upTo provide support to the appointment booking process as requir
- edTo regularly communicate with SRC and Financial Consultants managing expectations appropriate
- lyTo adhere to SLAs ensuring case is fully prepared in advance of appointmen
- tsTo liaise with servicing departments, both internal and external, in order to obtain relevant supporting informatio
- n.To be fully competent in the use of CRM to update policy information with correct values and policy informati
- onTo be able to identify common issues, contributing to the development of longer term solutions, training, documenting processes and system traini
- ngTo regularly review performance compared to SLA’s and discuss and agree actions with Administration Team Leader to address any shortfalls or training requiremen
- tsTo redefine processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectivene
- ssTo recognise when it is appropriate to hand off an enquiry to another department, providing all necessary information to that department to enable them to complete the request, and manage the hand over and expectatio
