This is a 6-month, hybrid contract, offering up to £192 per day – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Own and manage complex calendars across leaders, various time zones, and shifting priorities, proactively anticipating and resolving conflicts.
* Coordinate global travel arrangements from start to finish, meticulously managing all details to allow leaders to maintain focus on their impact.
* Process expenses swiftly and accurately, ensuring strict compliance with all guidelines.
* Provide comprehensive support for projects and team events, from offsites to ad hoc gatherings, bringing thoughtfulness and high standards to every detail.
* Confidently integrate into new teams and contexts, applying sound judgment to quickly understand needs and add immediate value.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with executives, administrative staff, and cross-functional partners throughout the business.
