Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

We’re working with a growing, people-focused professional services business that is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Administrator to join its friendly and collaborative team.

The Role

Working closely with a team of experienced professionals, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, helping to ensure clients receive a seamless and professional service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across the business
  • Preparing documentation, reports and client correspondence
  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries where required
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to progress work efficiently
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and processing documentation
  • Supporting the wider team with general office administration
  • Ensuring work is completed accurately and to agreed timescales

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced within an office-based administration role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
