- mentAssist Solicitors, Property Lawyers and other members of the Legal Team with a range of property law and legal mat
- tersSupport the review of title documentation, leases, estate rent charges and other property-related documents under supervi
- sionAssist in gathering information and preparing documentation required to support property transactions and legal enqui
- riesSubmit applications to HM Land Registry and assist with post-completion processes under guid
- anceConduct legal and factual research to support the Legal Team and present findings clearly and accura
- telyAssist with the preparation of legal reports, correspondence and internal documenta
- tionProvide administrative support in relation to property, litigation and contractual matters as requ
- iredSupport the management of legal files, records and case documentation, ensuring information is accurately mainta
