Sourcing & Supplier Relations Procurement Lead
London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Package

Key Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities and risks through data-driven insights, developing and executing strategies that create value and reduce exposure.
• Develop and implement supplier and sourcing strategies, driving forward planning and alignment with key partners.
• Lead complex negotiations, leveraging market intelligence to deliver measurable financial impact while balancing value creation and risk management.
• Build and maintain high-impact supplier relationships, including leading regular business review meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across finance, analytics, technology, and operations to enhance sourcing processes and ensure the timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement, helping to establish best-in-class sourcing and supplier management practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of initiative, accountability, and high performance.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and forums, strengthening its reputation and market presence.
Experience Required
• Degree-qualified with 5+ years’ experience in direct sourcing, ideally gained within the retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
• Proven track record in supplier, category, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience within a regulated industry or consumer healthcare environment is advantageous.
