An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager to join a growing and well-established retail asset management company specialising, leasing, and commercial property operations.
This role would suit someone with around 2+ years’ experience within commercial property, asset management, leasing, estates, or property management, who is looking to gain broader exposure across redevelopment, tenant management, and asset optimisation.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across a multi-site retail and industrial portfolio, supporting leasing activity, redevelopment projects, tenant relationships, and overall asset performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the management of retail and industrial assets
• Assisting with lease negotiations and tenant communications
• Conducting site inspections and viewings
• Supporting redevelopment and refurbishment projects
• Working alongside consultants, legal teams, and local authorities
• Identifying opportunities to improve income and asset performance
