We are seeking an experienced Technical Asset (Manager) Analyst to support a major asset verification and data quality programme across a national property portfolio.

This is a highly analytical and compliance-focused role, responsible for reviewing, validating and quality assuring building asset information to ensure data is accurate, complete, compliant and fit for operational use.

This is not a surveying role and does not involve carrying out physical asset surveys. Instead, the successful candidate will spend the majority of their time reviewing asset registers, survey outputs, floor plans and technical data to ensure the integrity and compliance of the asset database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate incoming M&E and building fabric asset data.
  • Verify assets against existing client asset registers and maintenance records.
  • Ensure building, floor and room information aligns with survey documentation and floor plans.
  • Validate asset naming conventions and maintenance classifications.
  • Confirm assets are correctly aligned to SFG20 maintenance schedules.
  • Identify missing, duplicate or incorrectly categorised assets.
  • Review data against engineering, statutory and compliance requirements.
  • Perform detailed quality assurance checks across large volumes of asset information.
  • Maintain robust document control, audit trails and version management processes.

About You

We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

  • Asset Compliance Management
  • Asset Management
  • Lifecycle Asset Management
  • Building Services Asset Management

You will possess:

  • Previous experience managing, validating or auditing building asset information.
  • Strong understanding of M&E and building fabric assets.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements, planned maintenance and asset management principles.
  • Experience working with CAFM systems such as Maximo and Concept.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
  • The ability to work independently while managing large volumes of technical asset data.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and compliance side of asset management and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate asset information.
