Are you an experienced NDEA Level 3 & 4 Energy Assessor looking for the flexibility of a fully remote role with a growing consultancy?
Zest4Talent is recruiting for an NDEA Level 3 & 4 Energy Assessor to join an established consultancy delivering commercial energy assessment services across a diverse portfolio of buildings throughout the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team where you’ll work on a variety of commercial projects, further develop your technical expertise and enjoy the flexibility of working entirely from home.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Producing Level 3 & 4 Commercial EPCs across a wide range of commercial properties
✅ Undertaking site surveys and collecting building data where required
✅ Preparing high-quality EPC reports and advising clients on energy efficiency improvements
✅ Managing your own workload while delivering projects to agreed timescales
✅ Working closely with clients and colleagues to provide an excellent level of service
✅ Supporting wider building performance and energy consultancy projects where appropriate
What we’re looking for:
✔ NDEA Level 3 & 4 Accreditation
✔ Experience producing Commercial EPCs
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial energy assessment and current legislation
✔ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
✔ Experience using IES VE would be highly advantageous
