My client is seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to provide temporary support to our busy commercial property department.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload and provide practical, high-quality legal advice to clients while supporting the firm’s ongoing workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of commercial property matters.
• Advising clients on commercial property transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals.
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
• Providing support to the commercial property team as required.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with proven experience in commercial property.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be organised, efficient, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Be available to commence the assignment at short notice.
