Sales Negotiator

Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm

Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:30pm (with a day off in lieu during the week)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency in Cheshunt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering buyers and managing applicant enquiries
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders
  • Generating new valuation opportunities
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
  • Keeping up to date with local market activity and property stock

Requirements

  • Previous experience within residential property sales or estate agency
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Professional, personable and customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence essential
