We’re partnering with a market-leading consultancy that’s expanding its Project Controls team and is looking for talented professionals at all levels. The Role

Joining an established and growing Project Controls function, you’ll help clients improve programme performance through effective planning, analysis, governance and reporting.

Working closely with project managers, commercial teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll provide the insight needed to support informed decision-making, manage project performance and drive successful delivery throughout the programme lifecycle.

Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced professional, you’ll benefit from exposure to a wide range of projects, clients and Project Controls disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Support cost control, forecasting and performance reporting activities.
  • Produce project dashboards, management reports and performance metrics.
  • Monitor programme progress, identifying trends, risks and areas for improvement.
  • Support change management, governance and risk management processes.
  • Analyse project data to provide meaningful insight and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary delivery teams and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Project Controls processes, tools and best practice.

About You

We’re keen to speak with Project Controls professionals from junior through to senior level who are passionate about delivering successful projects.

Your experience may include:

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, defence, transport, utilities, energy or other major project environments.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and recognised project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel or similar Project Controls software.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
