le:This engagement is focused on embedding best practice agile delivery and workload management across the organisation’s teams, rather than running a single delivery in isolation. The successful candidate will coach and mentor teams, design and deliver structured training, and act as a hands-on capability-building resource — with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps as the platform underpinning day-to-day delivery.
