Camberley Service Centre is looking for a fully qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician and/or MOT Tester to join our busy team.
Responsibilities and duties
* Conduct MOT inspections in line with DVSA Standards – Class 4 & Class 7* Conduct Vehicle Inspections in accordance with Vehicle Inspectorates procedures* Identify worn and faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards* Complete Client documentation* Undertake vehicle servicing as required* Undertake vehicle repairs as required* Conduct tyre fitting and wheel alignments
Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role
* Valid MOT Tester License issued by the DVSA* Knowledge on current MOT standards* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 automotive qualifications* Excellent knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, and components* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify faults or defects accurately* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure* Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods* Own vehicle and tools (specialist tools provided)* A full UK driving license
