With a strong focus on professional development, innovation, and client excellence, this is an opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people. n Your new role n As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a key role within a busy and high-performing property team, supporting a wide range of estate management and transactional work. You will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced legal professionals on complex real estate matters. n Key responsibilities will include: n Managing a varied caseload of real estate transactions including licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, and deeds of easement n Drafting legal documentation such as contracts for sale, transfers, and client correspondence n Reviewing and handling lease documentation, identifying defects, and preparing modern lease formats based on standard precedents n Supporting conveyancing processes from instruction through to completion n Assisting with onboarding and compliance, including file opening procedures, drafting retainer letters, and ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering regulations n This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your expertise within commercial real estate law. n What you'll need to succeed n To be considered for this Real Estate Paralegal role, you will bring: n Previous legal experience, ideally gained within a commercial real estate or property law environment n A strong academic background, including a Law degree (2:1 or equivalent) or relevant qualification n Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively n A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the confidence to use your own initiative n Strong written and verbal communication skills n What you'll get in return n In return, you will join a firm that is committed to your long-term development and wellbeing.
