Key Responsibilities:

- n Develop and implement individualised treatment plans aimed at maximising patients' independence and quality of life.
- n Provide therapeutic interventions and activities to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
- n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- n Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- n Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for ongoing support.
- n Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards.
- n Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing professional development activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- n Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- n Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- n Completion of NHS mandatory training.
- n Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.
