Key Responsibilities:

- n Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- n Provide clinical advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- n Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to optimise patient care.
- n Monitor and review patient medication regimens, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- n Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and Trust policies.
- n Contribute to the training and development of pharmacy support staff and students.
- n Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- n Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- n Completion of a recognised pharmacy degree (MPharm or equivalent).
- n Successful completion of the Pre-Registration Pharmacy Year or equivalent experience.
- n NHS mandatory training completion.
