VP, EMEA Legal Entity Controller (Manchester)

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Accounting to join the EMEA Controllers team in the Office of the CFO in Manchester. The role leads the controller function for Pershing Securities Limited and Pershing Securities International Limited.

You will coordinate monthly management accounts under UK FRS and US GAAP, manage reconciliations, liaise with auditors, and oversee off‑site accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and strong controls.
