Senior Project Principal: Complex Buildings Delivery

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Principal to lead and deliver complex buildings projects across multiple sectors, operating with a high degree of autonomy. You will set delivery strategy, assure performance, and provide senior oversight across the full project lifecycle.

Based in the UK with a hybrid working model, you will mentor and guide senior project leaders, manage client and contractor relationships, and ensure successful bid, mobilisation and delivery outcomes.
